477bt Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 477bt website, mobile interface, software applications, and all associated services operated under the 477bt brand.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the Platform for all financial transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback credit, or non-cash incentive issued to a Player's account by 477bt.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked in eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures applied to all registered accounts.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action, pattern of activity, or use of software or hardware that is expressly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 477bt account registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing a bet or engaging in any casino game on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational use only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not using funds belonging to any third party.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age. The 477bt Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. Access to, or use of, the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.

3.2 Geographic Access. The Platform is operated for and directed at the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 477bt does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from access in a prohibited jurisdiction.

3.3 KYC Verification. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal and may be required to do so before accessing certain Platform features. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and proof of address. 477bt reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.4 Underage Access. If 477bt has reason to believe that a registered Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. 477bt employs age-verification technology and manual review processes to prevent underage gambling.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one registered account on 477bt at any time. The existence of more than one account per Player — whether registered under the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held therein forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and must keep that information current. 477bt is not responsible for errors or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. 477bt will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Players must notify 477bt immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. 477bt will not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain account security.

4.4 Account Currency. All 477bt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. There is no facility for multi-currency accounts on the Platform.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 477bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT. 477bt does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on the payment account must match the name on the registered 477bt account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 477bt, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Players must have wagered a minimum of 1x their total deposit amount before a withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the Player's own name and registered to the same verified identity as the 477bt account. 477bt reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawal amounts.

5.5 Transaction Fees. 477bt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, bank channels) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. Players are responsible for checking and accepting any such fees before initiating a transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by 477bt are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this Section 6. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general provisions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount in eligible games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets typically contribute 100% at single odds of 1.5 or above. Game-specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Validity. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of issuance. Any Bonus Funds remaining in a Player's account after the expiry date, together with any associated winnings not yet meeting the withdrawal threshold, will be removed from the account automatically.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions. 477bt reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the promotion system. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a bonus offer.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 477bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus offer or promotional campaign at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a valid offer will not be retroactively affected by modifications to that specific offer, but future iterations of the offer may differ.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 477bt are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 477bt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed at erroneous odds, or bets that exceed the Platform's maximum liability for a single event.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or clearly erroneous odds or payout display, 477bt reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable error will not be paid and may be reclaimed if already credited. 477bt will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss of opportunity, or consequential loss arising from a technical error.

7.3 Unsettled Markets. Bets on sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within a specified timeframe as defined in the applicable sport-specific rules will be voided and the stake returned. 7.4 Casino Games. All casino and slot games available on 477bt are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and volatility information are available within the game information panel. 477bt does not alter the RTP or outcome mechanics of any certified game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 477bt Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Registering an account on behalf of, or sharing an account with, another person.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets using funds that do not belong to you or that are sourced from illegal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. 477bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, please use the tools available in your account settings or contact the support team immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 477bt Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, data compilations, and page layouts — is the property of 477bt or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the express written consent of 477bt is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 477bt shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 477bt's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 477bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 477bt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12 Termination

12.1 By the Player. A Player may close their 477bt account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

12.2 By 477bt. 477bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or for any other reason that 477bt deems sufficient in its reasonable discretion. In the event of termination for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by 477bt — the Player's licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), and 11 (Limitation of Liability).

13 Amendments to These Terms

477bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 477bt will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing language that do not alter the substance of the Terms), the updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms is always available at 477bt.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must close their account before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the official and governing language of this document. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute. All communications between 477bt and Players regarding these Terms shall be conducted in English.
